By creating an account or using the Burhan Niaz platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Burhan Niaz provides a multi-agent artificial intelligence research platform that helps users gather, synthesize, and report on information from various data sources. The Service includes:

• AI-powered research agents that search and analyze multiple data sources

• Collaboration and sharing features for teams
• API access for developers (on qualifying plans)
• Integrations with third-party tools and services

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Burhan Niaz offers free and paid subscription tiers as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the current period ends
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice
• Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use automated bots to access the Service outside of the official API

6. Intellectual Property

Burhan Niaz and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and underlying AI models. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant Burhan Niaz a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your research queries or outputs to train our AI models.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI agents to gather and synthesize information. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated research may contain inaccuracies or omissions
• You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for important decisions
• Burhan Niaz is a research assistance tool, not a substitute for professional advice
• Third-party sources accessed by agents are subject to their own terms and may change

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burhan Niaz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Burhan Niaz, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
