All new paid subscriptions (Pro and Team plans) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment date. No questions asked.
To request a refund under our money-back guarantee, email support@researchai.app within 14 days of your first charge with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your account email and order number (found in your invoice).
After the 14-day guarantee period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. However, we will issue a refund for renewal charges if:

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is being resolved. We are always happy to resolve billing issues directly and quickly.
You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access to paid features until the period ends.
Downgrading from an annual to a monthly plan will take effect at the next renewal date. We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle downgrades.
If Burhan Niaz experiences a significant service outage (defined as more than 4 hours of platform unavailability within a billing month), affected users may be eligible for a service credit equivalent to the downtime, pro-rated against their monthly subscription fee. Service credits are applied to future bills and are not paid out as cash refunds.
